Most people do not approach weight loss correctly. This may explain why a large majority of people 'hate' dieting. Diets have always, and will continue to have a bad name. Meanwhile, the slogan 'just accept and love your body the way it is' has become a campaign shared across the globe.

You are here in this PFL Weight Loss Course because you want to lose weight.

The reason for wanting to lose weight is entirely personal, but the key is that you know why you want to do this. And you remember that 'why' with all of your might.

It will get you through the challenging moments when you forget why you are trying to discipline your behavior.

I am going to help you lose weight healthily, and with strategy.
